These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or authorized enterprise representative) and ReiTeach-aigean Software Solutions Inc. If you do not accept all stipulations herein, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and our consulting services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in a dedicated Client Master Services Agreement (MSA):
- Client Deliverables: All custom software source code, proprietary algorithms, database schemas, and documentation engineered specifically for a paying client under an active Statement of Work (SOW) transfer entirely to the client upon receipt of final milestone payments.
- Website Content: All branding elements, logo assets, design compositions, typography choices, and technical writeups published on this domain remain the exclusive property of ReiTeach-aigean.
3. Scope of Engineering Engagements
Any estimates generated via our website Scope & Timeline Estimator are exploratory benchmarks intended solely for initial planning. Formal architectural commitments, sprint milestones, pricing schedules, and deliverables require a fully executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed by both parties.

For production systems hosted or managed under our Cloud & DevOps retainers, we provide guaranteed 99.99% availability SLAs backed by 24/7 incident response pipelines. SLA tiers, response latency windows, and credit remedies are formalized in individual enterprise contracts.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReiTeach-aigean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, temporary third-party cloud outages, or unauthorized third-party access beyond reasonable security safeguards.
